PCRB-4000 (Lightweight Cylinder Repair Kit)
The Lightweight Cylinder Repair Kit is an affordable alternative to assembly and disassembly benches available in the market. The work station accommodates all required tooling and fixtures.
This unit is built with a hydraulic hand-operated valve ratchet mechanism alongside a hydraulic power pack. Hydraulic cylinder repair is made easier than ever, with one-man operation and the whole unit can be placed in a small box (75” X 60” 50”), perfect for workshops.
The length of the cylinder extracting capacity up to 1.0 meter. With extended forks up to 3 meter long cylinder can be disassembled. Max barrel dia holding up to 200mm. weight loading capacity up to 1 ton.
