Portable Hydraulic Tester

Model: HEMS HE-PHT 415

The HEMS HE-PHT 415 Portable Hydraulic Tester is designed to test hydraulic cylinders right at the job site. Instead of bringing the cylinder to the tester, the tester comes to your cylinder. It is wheel-mounted for field mobility and includes a built-in compressor to evacuate the cylinder after testing.

This unit can fill with oil, pressurize, and flush test fluid using compressed air. At the end of each test, it generates a detailed test report. Both automatic and manual test cycles are supported, and you can configure test parameters—such as high and maximum pressure—via the touchscreen control panel.
